Refund and Returns Policy

Change or cancel an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order once it has been placed contact our sales team by emailing or within 24 hours.

Provided the processing has not yet started, our sales team will be able to cancel the order. If your products have already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Returns procedure

We hope you will be pleased with your order. Should you wish to make a return, we will be happy to refund a product.

We must be notified of all returns by email within 14 days of the delivery of the product.

Please note: The price of the item will be refunded to the purchaser once it is received by us.  We will refund the original delivery charge in the event of a product being faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Sending and packing your return

Please enclose a return slip with your details and stating the reason for the return. Return the package in its original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.

If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.  This does not affect your statutory right.

Delivery charges

We will refund the original delivery charge in the event of a product being faulty, damaged or incorrect. The delivery charge will not be refunded if this product is simply unwanted.
