Clare Wilson is a visual artist based in Dorset, England.  Her practice is mainly concerned with working within and between the private and public realms  to investigate the ideas around representation, truth and seeing.  She create images to challenge and respond to issues such as place, identity, motherhood, and the everyday.

She is interested in the concept that a photograph is not only a (digital) image but also a physical object to be looked at and engaged with.    She works across a number of different photographic mediums:-  digital,  camera-less photography  (lumen prints) and polaroid to investigate this concept further.

Clare Wilson completed an MA in Photography at Falmouth University in September 2021.
